Frequently Asked Questions
A queen mattress takes around [CONFIRM: 45 to 60] minutes for the full six stages. A three-seater fabric sofa is similar. We will give you a time when we quote, so you can plan the day around it.
Very little. Strip the bedding off the mattress, and clear anything breakable off and around the sofa. We bring all our own equipment. Let us know in advance if access to a power point near the item is difficult.
It depends on the item, the size and the condition, which is why we do not publish a single price. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will quote from it, usually the same day. A photo is faster than a description and more accurate than a phone call.
We come to you. Everything is done on site, in your home or office. Nothing is taken away, nothing is dismantled, and curtains are cleaned where they hang.
Our cleaning solutions are water based, quick drying and contain zero alcohol. The airborne sanitizing stage is carried out with the room empty, and the room is ventilated before anyone uses it again. If you have an infant, someone with asthma, or a pet that cannot leave the house, tell us when you book and we will plan around it.
